What We Do?

We’re on a Mission to Improve Our Community

Empowerment

Empowering participants by giving them a sense of agency through decision making and implementation of their own program. Enforcing a sense of ownership, responsibility, and investment in their own lives. Our programs provide guidance and support needed to meet goals that lead to self-sufficiency.

Food Insecurity

Supplemental food income programs are unable to fully support those struggling with hunger. Our charitable food program can help to bridge the meal gap experienced. In Michigan, 1 in 7 people struggle with hunger.

Advocacy

Ensuring fair and equal treatment for all. For more than 50 years, our programming has changed lives of refugees, immigrants, religious minorities, and other marginalized communities.

Education

Improving quality of life for all ages by offering hands on learning that will enrich each participant's educational experience. While improving learning, social and psychological needs are met, while at the same time retaining culture, language and traditions.
