Community Health Education

UCFS works with numerous partners to help spread the word and educate the community
about healthy eating, physical activity, youth health, maternal infant health, and various health
topics.

Collaborations with Ascension health, Honor Community Health, The Michigan Center for
Contextual Factors in Alzheimer’s Disease, Foot Healthcare Associates, Karmanos Cancer
Institute, and physicians throughout metro Detroit has helped to reach thousands of
individuals, all interested in improving their health.
